Pre-order of Battlefield Bad Company 2 to get GameStop Exclusive early access to the 4-on-4 multiplayer Squad Rush mode on launch day, 30 days before anyone else does. You’ll also get the GameStop Exclusive in-game AKS-74U assault rifle, while supplies last.

Available March 2 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC

This offer is very tempting but, instead of an early mp mode (which everyone will have access thirty days later) and a gun (will use only once), I rather have the 20.00 offer from Amazon when you buy BFBC2 which is exactly what I did.

Last week when I checked on Amazon.com they were giving a 10.00 in store discount but towards the last weekend they changed to 20.00 which is an offer you can’t beat. So, I did the right thing and preorder my copy of B:BC2. Which comes out in March 2nd, this works pretty good to me since I will be using the 20.00 to purchase Final Fantasy XIII which will be release the week after. This is a real good offer, make sure you take advantage of it.

Get flOw For Free Right Now

Dana Olson writes: "Just checked the PlayStation Store, and it looks like flOw is available for free. Get it if you can!"
Updates:
flOw will be free on the PSN until 9:00 PM PST, February 13th

I purchased last night these two games for a very very cheap prize at Target.
Yeap, the GH: World Tour was 12.48 (Reg. 49.99) and the GOW: Chains of Olympus 13.98 (Reg. 19.99)
Kind of hard to believe that the PSP game was more expensive than the Xbox game.
Tried both last night and I was really impresed with the GOW graphics for the PSP.

So, I bought the BioShock/Elder Scrolls:Oblivion Bundle for 39.99 to me it seems a very reasonable price. Seems like if you are paying 20 bucks per game.
If you buy them separately, it will cost you 29.99 per game which totaled to 60 bucks, enough with the math. I started with Oblivion first, (last time I played this game was back in 2006) and pretty soon I found out myself hooked! Just to clear things up, this is the original game and does not comes with the expansions. Still, you have hours and hours to play before you can get even close to the expansion, althought, if you have the expansions you can almost play it instantlly without having to play the orginal plot. What I like about this bundle is that eventhought both games comes in the same case, you get two separate disk. I still have to try Bioshock, I did played the demo but is not the same with the real thing.
Overall, if you don’t have any of these two games it is a great time to grabbed them for a fairly cheap prize.
You will always have the option to buy these two games for 30 bucks each either at the store or on XBL Games on Demand, its your roll.

Halo 3: Recon

Next fall’s Halo 3: Recon will be the last installment in the Halo series, according to developer Bungie, putting to rest — as much as is possible in the ever-erratic and unpredictable video game industry — rumors that Master Chief will be woken from the slumber he was put into at the end of Halo 3 to return for a fourth installment of one of the most popular games of the decade.

Halo 3: Recon, due for release in fall 2009, takes place in the Halo universe but will feature a different protagonist than the faceless Master Chief. Officially it takes place during some of the events of Halo 2. Based on statements from Bungie and trailer footage, the game appears to combine traditional, heavy-duty, Halo-style combat with stealth missions. Details are otherwise scarce: Rather than being a one-man army with the fate of the universe on your shoulders, you’re playing a lone soldier stuck behind Covenant lines and won’t be tripping across the universe like in the primary series. But what your mission is and how it fits in with the primary Halo story is still a mystery for now.

Of course, even though Bungie is saying this is the end of the line for the Halo series and that the Halo development team will soon be split up and its members moving on to other projects in the company, it would be foolish to count the series as completely out. The company’s language on the subject is invariably couched as "I think…," and seeing a revival of the series at some point in time would be wholly unsurprising. Like Hollywood, the gaming business doesn’t like to let its most popular franchises simply vanish (cough Mario cough), preferring instead to squeeze every last penny out of a popular series until it can stand no more. Given that the three core games in the Halo franchise have already earned over a billion dollars in total sales to date, there’s clearly some life left here to take advantage of, no matter what Bungie says publicly.

The second wave of the Closed Home Beta testers has been released!
Today when I went home for lunch I was checking my email and noticed that I got a PSU
email. To my surprise it was the invitational letter with the code of course, to install HOME.
What it was really surprisenly was that the size of the file was just 86 mb. The only thing I can
think is that everything else will be downloading as the Home feautures are available.
I did had a chance to install, but, no time to play with it since I had to get back to work.
I will try it out, play around for awhile, and soon will review the Home Beta, remember is just the beta
we don’t know for sure how good it will be until its release with full features and functuonalities.
